mills are stronger than ever. Frames are fashioned from high strength iron so that the total weight
of each mill could be reduced to save on shipping costs.
Standard on each mill is a high performance
4:1 reduction gear box turned with a high strength forged steel handle. Gears are not cast but are hobbled from solid steel. Each roll is precision machined from select
grades of high density steel. After the machining process is completed, each
roll is hardened to 65 HRC in strategic locations utilizing the latest in
induction heat treating methods
